James comes into the office for a regular physical exam but Dr. Knox finds that James has some
discomfort around the abdomen area. The doctor then suggests that he does an endurance physical on
the patient. The endurance test leads to a lot more endurance then both the doctor and patient expected
and before you know it, James the patient fucks the doctor hard & raw.
